Karen is a Blue Badge tourist guide who has lived and worked in London for over thirty years. She has a degree in law and a diploma in historical costume. Her interests are eclectic ranging from music (she plays in two bands), art, through science to the performing arts, particularly the theatre, a passion which she is able to indulge to the full in her home city. Karen delights in sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge of London and telling its multilayered stories, whether its through the people who have settled there, the buildings they inhabit - historic and modern - or the ever-evolving neighbourhoods they have created. Karen says that one of the best things about London is that whatever someone's interest, London will offer something which inspires, surprises and entertains.
