About Géraldine

Geraldine Bretault is an expert guide based in Paris. After graduating from the School of the Louvre in Art History and Museology, she then spent 4 years abroad (Milan and New York) to hone her guiding skills (MAD Museum, New Museum in New York). In addition to leading city tours and visits in museums in French, English and Italian, she is also a writer and translator in the cultural field. Her knowledge about museology allows her to contextualize her tours and give you all the insight and references you need to better appreciate art under varied circumstances. In all her tours, Geraldine will endeavor to use a cross-disciplinary approach, so you may better understand artists' sources of inspiration, convoking literature, music, dance, history, whenever necessary.
