Adam has been guiding in Dublin City for over a decade. Originally from rural Ireland, he moved to Dublin to attend university, where he earned a degree in History and Politics, followed by a Master's in History, graduating at the top of his class.
He began his guiding career at Kilmainham Gaol, a historic site where Ireland’s founding fathers were executed by Britain after the 1916 Easter Rising. Adam has also worked for the National Museum of Ireland, further deepening his expertise in Irish history and culture. He loves to blend these stories into his tours, offering guests a fresh perspective on the events that shaped the country and its people.
Adam’s exceptional work has earned him the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award from 2020 to 2024, recognizing him as one of the top guides in Ireland. In addition to guiding, he is a lecturer for the Irish National Tour Guiding Accreditation course, inspiring future guides with his passion and knowledge of Irish heritage.
