Francisco was a fabulous guide. He’s very knowledgeable and great company. Plus, his academic and lived experience means he really embodies and understands the topics the tour focuses on (i.e., religion and culture in Japan).

Francisco was punctual, well spoken, and most importantly very, very knowledgeable about Japanese history, culture, the shrines and temples, and about Shinto and Buddhism. It was a great learning experience as we toured historical heritages around Kyoto, and did a long hike up a mountain with 88 miniature shrines- a very rare and exclusive experience! Thank you!!
