Sophie was born in the north of Provence in the small city of Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, which is well-known for its black truffle, and has traveled throughout her lufe. She received a Master's and Phd in English in Avignon and Montpellier, France and in London, England, and has taught English and French in both countries. Sophie is an official Guide-Conférencier who speaks English, French, German and Spanish and has a deep desire to share her passion for this region and its history, culture, food and wonderful wines!
