Educated in the UK, she graduated with a master's degree in Strategic Marketing and worked for a Fortune 500 FMCG company in Australia, Hong Kong before relocating to Paris 10 years ago. Hopelessly fell in love with the city, Michelle quit her marketing job, took a deep dive into the French gastronomic world and never looked back.
