Elodie was born and bred in the Bordeaux region, just minutes from the magnificent vineyards of Saint Emilion, and is as much a product of the area's unique terroir as the local wines are. Elodie's grandfather spent his entire life in the wine and food business, her brother manages a chateau, and her cousin is a wine merchant. After living in the U.S. and Central America for over a decade and working in the gourmet food business for companies like Les Trois Petits Cochons (The Three Little Pigs), Elodie is thrilled to be returning to her roots, and to the beauty and grace of Bordeaux.
