Fabian was fantastic!! He took us expertly through the fish market Sharing history and wonderful Japanese delicacies!!

As a fan of cooking, and Anthony Bourdain, I really appreciated the expertise of John as it related to food. The best ramen was definitely the best, and we would never have found the "drunkards alley" on our own, or known the history of those areas without his guidance. John was very personable and made sure we enjoyed every minute of our tour.

Manami was super friendly and knowledgeable, had great recommendations of her own and helped us with her suggestions. We'll go on a tour with Manami anywhere; thank you!
