Dimitra is fabulous. She was a deeply knowledgeable, personable, funny, and gracious guide for a day trip in and around Chania. Our family had such fun spending the day with her and benefitting from her infinite knowledge of Cretan and Greek culture, history (both ancient and modern), architecture, and religion. We learned so much from her about the incredible island of Crete! We saw places -- and appreciated their significance -- with Dimitra that we would never have even found without her (and her wonderful driver, Yannis). As much as the incredible beauty and history of Crete itself, touring with Dimitra makes us want to return! I cannot recommend Dimitra more highly. - Matthew S.

This tour was especially helpful in laying the groundwork for all the other museums and sites that we saw in Greece...without this visit everything else would not have been as impactful. Effie was outstanding.
