My wife and I thought Jan was fabulous. He was quite informative, knowledgeable, provided excellent insight, wove together the stories in a way that was interesting and provided an architecture to hold onto all of the detail, and was responsive to our particular lines of inquiry and interests. Jan was also quite engaging and energetic, and (despite the often heavy topic) made this a lively tour. Definitely five stars!
