Australia Private and Small Group Walking Tours

Unearth the laid-back, rugged charms of the ‘land down under’
Modern Australia is a clash of worlds. It’s arguably the wild west of the southern hemisphere, where a short drive inland leads to the Outback—its vast, uninhabitable and otherworldly desert interior—a far cry from its densely populated coasts.

The tension of these two different landscapes infuses Australia with a fascinating energy. Its coastal cities, including Melbourne and Sydney, sport a sophisticated, progressive, friendly, and upbeat sensibility that its intrepid inhabitants often bring while traveling throughout the rest of the world.

You did great as usual! I had a walking tour through the History of Colonial Sydney+ guided by Mark - a luxury experience just for myself: Mark is both knowledgeable, interesting, welcoming my comments and questions, and expanding the scope of the information provided according to my curiosity and request. It was fun and enlightening, leaving me wanting more. 3 Hours walking flew. Thank you Mark! I really enjoyed it. Thank you Context for your ability to keep up the quality over the years. (I started with you in Paris 2013)
Once again, Context tours and our guide, Mark, scored a home run. We always look to Context when we visit a new destination because the one-on-one interactive conversation with our guides adds so much to the experience. Mark loves Sydney and its colorful history and he had all of the credentials to let us see "behind the curtains". Comprehensive and tailored to our interests. We recommend Context to fellow travelers and they all report back the success of their tours. I will be calling for Mexico City guides in February!
Mark did a great job on this tour, very knowledgeable and personable
