Dyan is a Mexican-American art historian passionate about art, literature, history, languages, and culture. Born and raised in Coyoacan, she takes pride in calling this area of the city her hometown. She self-defines as an art sector multitasker and problem solver, and loves it. She was brought up in a restaurant family and became a natural foodie, which she later indulged with a short passage through culinary school. Dyan is constantly learning new things about everyday life in Mexico. She has a BA in art history, an MA in film studies, an MA in art markets, loves salsa dancing, tap dancing, eating, walking, and is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

This was well worth the money. I highly recommend this video.
Puts Mexican food in context with the history of the Mexican peoples and agriculture and centuries of intercontinental trade routes. Fascinating.
