Thomas was born in Marseille and has roamed the countryside of his sunny homeland ever since. He decided to make his love for his country the subject of his studies, and spent years in Aix-en-Provence studying history and the history of art. He used his Master’s Degree in the history of Provence to work with historical institutes and other organizations to help the history of Provence develop and florish.

Thomas' interest towards Mediterranean cultures is perpetually renewed and nourished by the multiple fields he studies, including archeology, art, and history. These are the golden threads that he follows during his travels, from the Lebanese Levant to the Impressionist museums of Northern Europe. When he is back home in Provence, Thomas enjoys sharing his knowledge with all travelers, and he will give you a complete experience of the southern culture, with humor and precision, between food for thought and thoughts on food.
