A graduate of European languages, law and politics, Sue professional background is in finance and international cultural relations. She worked for many years with the British Council, travelling extensively and making the most of her visits overseas. She’s lived and worked in London for over 30 years and has 2 adult children starting in careers of medicine and archaeology. A qualified Blue Badge Tourist Guide with particular expertise in City and Westminster walking tours, she has special interests in Winston Churchill, World War 2 and literature but loves to mix it up with the many other subjects she has gained knowledge of over her ten years of guiding. She loves to guide with all age groups and especially families. Her tours are relaxed, informative and usually fun, as she shows you the best of what London and its sights can offer from perspectives both historical and contemporary.
