Stefanos Foteinis
Stefanos, is an archaeologist and a licensed tourist guide. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Archaeology and a Master’s Degree in Classical Greek Archaeology. As a field archaeologist, he has worked for several years in various archaeological sites across Greece. He has participated in archaeological excavations that cover different prehistorical and historical periods as well as successive levels of human habitation: Palaeolithic, Neolithic, Bronze Age, Classical Greek, Roman and Byzantine. He currently lives in Athens, where he still works as a field archaeologist and at the same time as a licensed tourist guide.
Stephanos was so knowledgeable and helpful. Since my knees are bad he was very patient getting me up the stairs to the top. I was able to go down on the elevator. He stayed with us for an extra hour to view the museum. I highly recommend him.
