Sara has been a wine educator and sommelier residing in Paris since 2012. She started her food and wine studies at the Cordon Bleu in 2015 and her passion hasn't faded since. Sara has devoted herself to wine since 2017 by working in many aspects of the wine world, including tourism, tasting, judging and wine education. She holds an engineering degree from University of Toronto, an MBA from HEC Paris and received her Wine and Spirit Education Trust diploma in 2020. She co-founded Loire Wine Academy in 2021, designing bespoke wine experiences in Paris, Loire and Champagne. Outside of the wine world, Sara indulges herself in cooking, spending time with her young daughter, running, and reading.
