There was no contact with tour guide beforehand. Guide arrived 10 minutes late and then found a replacement guide for us 15 minutes into tour. Replacement guide was unclear on where to start Tour ended 35 minutes early despite starting 10 minutes late and losing 10 minutes due to guide change. We did not visit the Portico D'Ottavia as itenerary described
