Rachel is a London-born, Paris-based food writer with a wealth of experience in the culinary industry. She holds a History MA from the University of Edinburgh, where her specialization in food ignited her passion for all things gastronomy. Rachel has shared her expertise and unique perspectives in numerous publications, and has also gained hands-on experience by owning and operating a micro-bakery in Edinburgh and working in operations at a prominent food bank in Glasgow. Rachel's WSET qualifications reflect her deep passion and expertise in the world of wine, and she finds immense joy in imparting her gastronomic knowledge to anyone willing to listen!
