Lisa was a fun and excellent guide! We had a very personal tour experience together, starting at a local patisserie with coffee and pastries and then walked to the market while stopping at a boulangerie for a delicious galette. We wish we could have spent the whole day together walking and talking about the City and the experience of living there. Lisa took us around the marketplace, where we stopped to sample and purchase produce, cheese and other specialty foods, and also took us to a chocolatier, one of her specialities, and then we finished at a local wine shop for a delightful picnic. The sommelier personally paired wines with the food we selected from the market. Again, we wish we could have spent the rest of the day together. Lisa was insightful, informative, knowledgeable and most of all personal and fun and willing to go with the flow of the morning. She is such a joyful, positive person and it was a blessing to connect with her. We had a wonderful time and were enriched by our experience with her as our guide! Lisa is personable, professional, and fun! This was the best tour in my three weeks abroad! Lisa is incredible; her training, education, and hands-on experience in the chocolate making process--from growing and processing beans to making delicious treats--makes her a top tier chocolate professional. She is very flexible in her presentation and tailors it to the customer(s) rather than just repeating a canned speech. Lisa was phenomenal and this tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris! She was able to work around our interests and personalize it, take us off the beaten path, and give us great recommendations for the rest of our stay.
