We had a wonderful day with Karin during our Nara Day Trip! She was so knowledgeable and friendly! We would highly recommend any tour with Karin!
Karen was a very experienced guide with deep knowledge of the history and importance of the sights. As a professor, she was able to clearly communicate this history in ways we could follow. (I will never be able to remember all the names, though!). She also appreciated our love of gardens and offerred to bring us to a special garden next to the bamboo grove instead of a third temple. She understood our passion and flexed to it. Much appreciated.
Karin is an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable and made a particular effort to engage our 7 year old, which we very much appreciated. On a very hot day, she had us taking cabs between visits, which was a welcome relief.
