He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He adjusted the speed of our walking tour to accommodate for my slower father (due to his age). We had a small group from 20 yrs old to over 80, and Giacomo kept everyone interested. Tours like this are the reason we only do small, privately guided tours. Our whole group was happy with the tour.
