Gaby Jondet is originally from Melbourne, Australia, but she’s lived in Edinburgh for over 20 years. She had a wide range of experience in the retail, food and hospitality sectors and had been involved in supporting various food related voluntary projects before deciding to embark on a postgraduate qualification in Home Economics teaching. She is passionate about the subject of food, and sharing this this knowledge with the younger generation and the wider community, so food education is proving to be a great fit with her love of food, nutrition and the food industry.
