A Lisbon native, Francisco has spent most of his life traveling the world, living in 7 countries on 3 continents. After 1 year of Archaeology at the BSc level, he switched to European History, a Bachelor’s degree which he completed in Lisbon with a year spent studying abroad in London. He completed his Master's degree, in European Politics and International Relations, in the summer of 2019. In July 2021 he completed a Tourism and Heritage specialization. Francisco has recently relocated to Brussels to work for the European Commission. While here, he has further developed his knowledge and passion for European history with a focus on Belgium and its past.
