Francesca is always smiling and her positive attitude towards life is going to be shared with people getting around with her.
Francesca was terrific - extremely knowledgeable and adept at working around the crowds. She was able to answer all our questions on various topics. There is so much to see but she showed us the best examples of different types of buildings. I appreciated that she used the time in the car to tell us more. Highly recommended!
Francesca is knowledgeable and personable. Her tour of Underground Naples, and through Naples was fantastic. We toured with here once before, a year ago, and look forward to ding that again, and again!
Perfecto! The tour with Francesca was everything I could have dreamed of. I had a narrow window of one day for a tour of Pompeii and Herculaneum, yet I wanted a high quality tour (you can not have both with shortness of time and travel between the two sites without a guide and transportation). These two sites have been on my "bucket list" for 50 years since I was a young girl. Francesca is fluent in a few languages, I might add, so she can accommodate different groups! Francesca, who has 30 years of experience, knew exactly what to see in both locations, plus give in-depth explanations of the context and history of the locations within the two ancient cities (ie the Faun House, the baths at the Porto Marina entrance). Francesca also does an excellent job contrasting the two ancient cities in terms of their roles as cities in ancient times and how they were affected differently by the Vesuvius eruption. She is also up-to-date on present day issues affecting Pompeii and Herculaneum. I am now content knowing I have seen the best. I would hire Francesca for any tour.
