Florence was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Douglas and I enjoyed the highlights she chose for us to see which included the magnificent architecture. I would recommend her to others.
Florence was very communicative before we ever met. She had a masters in art history and her passion shown through. She was also a master on crowd navigation. We were a very small group of six which we were four of the six. We passed so many large groups and i was so thankful that we chose our small group. Thank you florence for a great morning!
