After years living in London and studying in the travel & tourism industry, Fleur came back to France to settle down in Bordeaux. Fleur is passionate about slow travel - especially hiking and biking - wine, heritage and street art.
In 2018, she created the blog “Fleur explore Bordeaux” as she loves local tourism and wished to share her findings with the public. That led her to become a certified tour guide and write the travel guide book “111 spots not to miss in Bordeaux”. Fleur's expertise touches on local stories around heritage, craftsmanship, memorials and so much more.
Fleur spends her time writing and guiding tours. There is nothing that makes her happier than spending some quality time with guests sharing their culture and curiosity.
Fleur was well prepared, knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks to her, we fell in love with Bordeaux.
An engaging, informative and delightful walk about with Fleur. Her knowledge of subjects ranged from history to architecture to oenology. Got all of the highlights as well as a few gems hidden in plain sight which are always a delight. She engaged in my daughter's deep interest in monarchical history and mine in wine. Ended our tour with a lovely and informative wine tasting and we went on our way with a fantastic recommendation for lunch, some informative details on the wine regions and caneles in our pockets. Cannot recommend the tour and Fleur enough.
Fleur was excellent -- knowledgeable and very nice. We had a terrific time.
