Evita was born and raised in Athens. As a child, she enjoyed strolling through the alleyways of the Old Town, crowned by the Acropolis, and surrounded by ancient remains. She studied History and Archaeology at the University of Athens and then spent one year in the U.K., where she graduated from the University of Leicester with an MA in Museum Studies. She also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Athens. Evita became a licensed tourist guide in 2015. She has worked for various museums, cultural institutions, and schools, leading educational programs and workshops for children. She has been guiding families and small groups of travelers throughout Athens and other historical sites all over Greece since 2017. She loves being with people, learning new things, reading, trekking, traveling, and swimming in the deep blue sea!
