As a child, Elisabetta would snack on cookbooks: she could only grow up to be a joyful foodie.
She has a Masters in Digital Communication and a Masters in Law. She has been working as a food and wine journalist since 1994, for places like Cosmopolitan and MaxMara, and has been freelance since 2007. She is currently a food writer and recipe developer for national and international magazines, and a food ghost writer for a national publishing house. Eclectic by nature, when she's not exploring Milan's culinary scene, she teaches yoga, cooks and writes about food, lifestyle and fashion for brands and magazines.
