Brigitte was born and grew up in Salzburg. Salzburg's unique location on the edge of the Alps, the Italian-influenced architecture of the old town, the city mountains and the proximity to so many lakes and rivers have always fascinated her. After studying economics and business sciences in Vienna, she lived and worked in France and Germany for many years. In 2017 she took a break and spent some weeks hiking on a pilgrimage route. After this experience she decided to return to her beautiful hometown Salzburg. She opened a guest house on Lake Attersee and completed training to become a licensed Austria Guide. She enjoys discovering her favourite city together with guests and sharing her interest in culture, history and spirit of time of this region.
