Benjamin is extremely knowledgeable, having a PHD in history, and very good at engaging. He’s warm and friendly, but totally professional. He provided a very interesting narration, bringing Brooklyn to life. And given that we are outdoors in a noisy city, he has a voice that carries well which is great. A great walk across the bridge and very informative. Thanks.
