Barbara was born and raised in Rome, just a few meters from the outstanding St. Peter’s Dome, designed by Michelangelo almost 500 years ago. She’s an architect and holds a Degree in Architecture from the Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, a Masters Degree in Restoration of Archeological Sites with a focus on Roman Architecture and Building Techniques from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a II Level Masters Degree in Restoration of Ancient Buildings from University Roma Tre. She has had the chance and the honor of working on the restoration of some of the most important palaces in Rome, such as the quintessentially Baroque Palace Barberini, where the XVII century geniuses Bernini and Borromini worked together, and the Carracci Gallery in Palazzo Farnese, home of the French Embassy in Rome. In order to be able to share her passion and true love for Rome’s art, culture, and lifestyle, Barbara is a licensed tour guide and an Intern Vatican Museums Official Guide.
