Asli is a researcher and lecturer in cultural heritage studies with a passion for historic cities and cultural diversity. She completed her M.A. in Archaeology and History of Art at Koç University in Istanbul. In 2015, she received her Ph.D. in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano. Two years later, she moved to Paris to pursue a postdoctoral fellowship in history and politics of cultural heritage at École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales. Asli has several years of guiding experience in cultural tourism and enjoys sharing her passion for history and archaeology.
