Anna is a professional art historian and exhibition curator, and has been based in Amsterdam since 2014. She holds an MA in the History and Theory of Art. She combines curatorial practice with academic research, and is currently working on a PhD dissertation. Her research covers postcolonial narratives in Eastern Europe, censorship, propaganda, and alternative exhibition solutions.
As an experienced tour guide, Anna shares knowledge of Amsterdam's rich history, fascinating art, and outstanding architecture. She loves telling stories filled with appreciation for Dutch Masters, the works and life of Vincent Van Gogh, the architecture of the Amsterdam School style, and more.
