Andres was personable, engaging, informative and professional without being stuffy. The stops he brought us to were excellent especially the cheese shop. I learned so much and truly enjoyed the experience.
Andres was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the food of Paris, and France more broadly was superb. His tips on where to go and his explanations of which food came.from.where and how to approach them were very useful.
Andres was very knowledgeable, amusing and incorporated París history plus cooking in his chocolate narrative. just the right amount of walking.
