Alexia has been passionate about history from a young age and decided early to become a tour guide. She graduated in 2010 from the University of Angers (Saumur branch), and worked for a year in Wigan, England, working on a project to create the "twin cities" of Wigan and Angers in France. When she returned to France, she was appointed director of an agency working on developing tourism in the Loire Valley, focused on the castles and historic properties for which the area is well-known. While there she discovered the rich heritage of France: Bordeaux, Champagne, and Normandy - and developed new ways to share these regions with visitors from around the world. Her next stop was Burgundy, a region she is passionately connected to, and after a few years working for another agency, In 2018, she was ready to start her own company focused on heritage, vineyards, and local culture. She is a Sommelier and licensed tour guide.
