Federica was perfect. Very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. She was waiting for us at the pickup location, and we started the day with a coffee to get to know each other. The next three hours were wonderful, and she was very patient when it came to all of my questions. My guests, who were very well-traveled people, learned so much about the importance of the Milan fashion industry. From the brick-and-mortar storefronts to the legacy behind the brands, she was ready with an answer. I've never signed up for such a personalized tour and now I'm spoiled. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely day. I hope our paths cross again.

The short trip, with a train about one hour each way wasn't worth the time. Chatting with the guide for a few hours was pleasant but not notable. Como, in my opinion, needs a full day at least, out on the water with a small group reserved boat, etc. The lakeside city walkabout is not worth the time and money. Although I enjoyed the cathedral in Como, I wish I'd spent the time in Milan.
