Carlos went above and beyond, providing us with recommendations of what else to see and do in Madrid as well as recommendations on where to dine.

I've traveled and taken tours in a variety of places and Carlos is, perhaps, one of the best guides I've had. Spending a day with a stranger could be really awkward but Carlos made us comfortable from the start--he was welcoming, patient, and responsive to any needs we had here and there. Most importantly, Carlos has a really solid knowledge of history and art history which he sprinkled in throughout the day in a way that kept us connected and intrigued. You could tell he is passionate about Spanish history and art and loves sharing what he knows. If I could have booked all of my tours in Spain with Carlos, I would have done so!

Marta was a lovely guide and companion for the day. Her knowledge of Segovia and surrounding sites was extensive, detailed, and filled with insights. She kept the agenda varied with a stop to sample the renowned local pastries before a long and fascinating tour of the Alcazar. We easily connected with her on a personal level as well. As the parent of a teenager, she really understood my daughter and how to connect with both of us. It was a wonderful day we will never forget.
