Greece Private and Small Group Walking Tours

This tour was truly exceptional. Alexandros is one of the best tour guides. He made the tour so memorable with his knowledge, story telling and his passion for his country and the impact of Greek culture on the western world. We left the tour eager to educate others and read and learn more Greek history. We’ve loved our time in Athens and so happy we took the time to learn more about the Agora and other ancient sites in Plaka. The hidden gem up the hill by the astronomy observation tower had the best views in the city coupled with such an amazing history. We definitely recommend this tour. What was even more enjoyable was how Alexandros connected Greek Culture back to the USA with our coins, buildings, our constitution, etc. Highly recommend!

Youli was great, we took the Athens in a Day with her and as a trained archaeologist, she was a fantastic guide, and we walked away with a deep understanding of Athens, history which is exactly what we were looking for.

Just wanted to express what an amazing tour we had with Lena! For starters, the couple we were traveling with accidentally over slept for our acropolis tour (ticket has required entry times). We kept in contact with them and Lena met them at the entrance with their tickets to insure they got in. Her wealth of knowledge was exceptional at every step! Our final part of the tour was to visit the Agora, but due to extreme heat it was closed before we arrived. Lena improvised and walked us through some beautiful neighborhoods and we finished with an authentic Greek lunch. Could not say enough great things about our Athens in a Day tour and Lena!
